Is freedom a way of life? Do you get told that you can be aloof or even a little strange? Maybe your mere prescence can disturb others inhibitions. Then maybe you have Aquarius Rising!! Of course we can seem standoffish but that's just because we've got a bigger vision to keep an eye on.

Re: A life of freedom?
Thu, May 26, 2005 - 4:38 PMI find it amazing actually, how much there are so many shared aspects. I definitely relate to the "intensity" of my presence with others. I am not sure if I am aloof, but definitely can be considered strange by some. Personally, I embrace weirdness as part of the beauty that makes us inherently unique. :) We definitely have a grander vision about us. -

Mon, May 30, 2005 - 4:03 PMYeah as far I'm concerned we're all just variations on a theme, but maybe with Aquarius Rising our mutations are a bit more pronounced! I think it's hard for us to realise this because we tend to look everthing as a complex set of interactions, that are all of equal value. Someone once explained to me that perhaps some people are more equal than others. That made sense to me! -

Re: A life of freedom?
Mon, May 30, 2005 - 5:58 PMEquality is an interesting topic. As it is said that there are some Aquarian viewpoints that come from the creation of the US constitution in regards to the equality of all people - though it is interesting to see in come to terms with how the law has been shaped since. There are known cases in this country where all people are not "treated" equal - whether the country believes they were created as such is a different story. I appreciate your thoughts. :) -

Re: A life of freedom?
Mon, June 20, 2005 - 7:01 AMequality....... well I have always believed that humans are humans and that we all have access to the same spectrum of possible behaviors.... My big questions is why don't others see it this way?? -

Re: A life of freedom?
Mon, June 20, 2005 - 2:37 PMSlavery has been the norm for humanity for so long, and those who benefit from this are loathe to let go of the personal benefits. This has made democratisation a predominately bloody affair and so, to maintain peace, alot of people are either unable or unwilling to fight for their freedom.
