Aries moon and Scorpio moon are hard to balance. Aries is relatively straight-forward and honest, while Scorpio is secretive and very behind-the-scenes. Both are equally as passionate, but fire and water moons tend to clash. However, it may not be too terrible. My brother is an Aquarius sun/Scorpio moon, and he resembles nothing of a Scorpio...and he deals with me (Gemini moon) on a daily basis! The only part of him that I can see of it is that he's secretive and moody, and sometimes just has to be left alone.

Otherwise - if you can somehow work that out in a way - the ascendants should go well together, and the same goes for the sun signs. The moon signs (seem) to be the only thing that is really in the way...of course Venus and Mars signs matter as well.
